Rebecca Holloway

Account Director

Rebecca Holloway boasts more than 15 years of experience in medical communications and client services. For the last 6 years, she has provided account direction and project management support to a medical affairs–facilitated, unbranded initiative with a network of 200 advisors dedicated to improving the identification and management of patients.

Additionally, Rebecca supports several additional clients in their initiatives, including symposiums, product theaters, booth assets and congress support, live meetings, advisory boards, and slide deck development. Her management experience includes developing project scopes, budgets, timelines, tracking reports, and all things related to financially managing projects. She ensures that client and staff needs are met and that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on strategy. She gained commercial HPC experience as a senior account executive and a senior project manager. Her experience includes working on a scientific platform for a pharmaceutical company brand in preparation for launch, managing multiple medical education projects for pharmaceutical companies, and managing client MRL meetings. Rebecca started her career as director of communications for more than 20 associations. She has served on the board of directors of marketing and communications for the Downtown Chicago Healthcare Business Women’s Association, working to further the advancement and impact of women in the business of health care.

Rebecca holds a bachelor of science in journalism, advertising, and environmental science policy from Central Michigan University.
